Michael Greyeyes going for the FTWD panel seems significant. His character, Qaletqa Walker appears in season 3. Ic hecked the FTWD Wikia for more info on the character: ""I know what's been sacrificed, boy. That's why you'll leave. Or I'll feed every goddamn one of you to the crows." —Qaletqa threatening Troy.[src] Qaletqa Walker is an antagonist and a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's Fear The Walking Dead. He is the leader of a group of Native-Americans bent on destroying the Broke Jaw Ranch and reclaiming their lands. He serves as the primary antagonist of the first half of Season 3. I'll link the rest of the character info in the Spoilers area New Character topic. He will be big through the MSF so that makes sense now as to why he is going to SDCC.

Now this is a good trailer. Agreed! A realistic scenario in a post-apocalypse setting is a lot scarier than cartoon characters. FTWD has great writing this season!
Watching how the two groups interact would be fascinating enough, but now I see how the writers are going to add in the dam group. Beautiful plot set up and organic intertwining. And Daniel and Strand, what's going to happen there? This is going to be some grand ZA entertainment!
