I am looking to gain weight on my arms and thighs and I mean weight, I don't mean muscular but the right amount of fat + muscle tone. I do cardio, which while obviously doesn't help in achieving that, it's more of a stress reliever for me.
I'm trying HIIT workouts (HIGHLY recommended - by others, not me lol). Other than this, I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations.

I don't have any advice about food. Fitness: I would think bicycling/spinning/pull ups would eventually result in toned muscular arms/thighs. Now if you want just to pack on some weight, I bet a few of us would be willing to airmail our excess.

In March I managed to gain some weight because there were a lot of networking events at the university, which I go to for the free food. But lost 5 lbs over the last 3 days because only thing I've eaten is a bowl of croutons with dressing per day (salad leaves and veggies expired so I had to throw them ).

What about an exercise like rowing, which targets shoulders, arms and legs? Or Pilates, which I think is one way Danai Gurira maintains her great physique and those impressive guns. A good nutritional drink, like Boost or Ensure could also help you maintain your weight.
You need nourishment, though. Starving yourself is definitely not the answer.
