The Hollywood Reporter: Thanks to skhskh for sharing this. "The Walking Dead star Steven Yeun, pop star Kelly Clarkson, Oprah Winfrey and Saturday Night Live's Aidy Bryant are among those lending their voices to The Star, Sony Pictures Animation's animal take on the first Christmas. Keegan-Michael Key, Kristin Chenoweth, Anthony Anderson, Gabriel Iglesias, Ving Rhames, Delilah Rene, Kris Kristoferson, Gina Rodriguez, Zachary Levi, Tyler Perry, Tracy Morgan and Christopher Plummer are also in the large cast, which was announced as part of SPA's presentation Wednesday... ...Per SPA, The Star tells of "a small but brave donkey named Bo (who) yearns for a life beyond his daily grind at the village mill. One day he finds the courage to break free and finally goes on the adventure of his dreams. On his journey, he teams up with Ruth, a lovable sheep who has lost her flock, and Dave, a dove with lofty aspirations. Along with three wisecracking camels and some eccentric stable animals, Bo and his new friends follow the star and become accidental heroes in the greatest story ever told — the first Christmas. Yeun is voicing the donkey, Bryant the sheep and Key the dove...." link

Awesome news about Steven! I especially like all of the big names affiliated with the project, and he has the lead. Should be a great opportunity for him to make more great connections.

And it's a Christmas animated film, which means it will likely air every Christmas, which means residuals, baby! $$$ for Steven!
