This is a seonc AMC-CHannel 4 collaboration - Humans is the first. "AMC is teaming with Channel 4 for comedy-drama hybrid “Loaded.” The series, a co-production between AMC, Channel 4, Hillbilly TV and Keshet UK, will star Mary McCormack, Jim Howick, Samuel Anderson, Jonny Sweet and Nick Helm. “Loaded” is based on the Israeli sitcom “Mesudarin,” produced by Keshet International. Channel 4 had initially commissioned the series in January, with AMC now signing on for U.S. distribution. The first season of “Loaded” will be eight episodes, set to premiere in 2017 on Channel 4 and AMC. Th original series is based on the premise of four friends who find themselves almost unfathomably wealthy after selling their gaming start-up to an American company. “Loaded” will take a similar tack, with a British twist: Tech entrepreneurs Josh (Howick), Leon (Anderson), Watto (Helm) and Ewan (Sweet) have just sold their company, Idyl Hands, for a metric tonne of sterling. That money brings out everyone’s best and worst sides, with a healthy side of nouveau riche guilt. McCormack is the VP of acquisitions at the new parent company. ..." link
