We all have hacks-share yours here. 1). http://instagr.am/p/BK_hdtqgMQW 2) the recipe for most spicy sushi sauce in American restaurants is mixing Sriracha with mayonnaise. 3) If I have to spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray, I open the dishwasher door and hold the sheet over it. Any extra spray will hit the door not the floor, & be washed away. Sinks also work . 4) Sriracha ketchup is usually 1/3 Sriracha and 2/3 ketchup.

A. I use baking paper - like parchment paper - to line my baking pans to save on clean up. I buy them from a commercial store (they are sold in pkgs of 200). I cut them half to fit my size baking pans. So easy to toss the paper instead of scrubbing residue from the pans. B. I use the large thin flexible silicone cutting mats as place mats when the kids are here. All the food mess lands on the mats - voila! Easy to clean up. These are specifically designated for use at the table. I don't use them as cutting mats. C. I shred block cheese and freeze it - doesn't get moldy in freezer and thaws out quickly when I need to use it. On that same note, I create fresh breadcrumbs from a few pieces of good bread. I use my blender and freeze until I need them. The fresh crumbs work for anything that needs to crumbed or coated. D. I use the same baking paper as I described above and cut each half again. I fold that paper to make it look like one of the fancy cupcake papers.
