"...All signs, theories, and rumors point the red-headed man in combat gear, played by actor Daniel Newman, to be Richard. Spoilers for comic book version of Richard follow. Richard is the head of security working directly with The Kingdom's leader, Ezekiel. After Alexandria and The Kingdom come together and outline plans for their war with Negan and the Saviors, Richard plays a role in advising their strategies of attacks. Later, he pridefully marches with the rest of the Alexandria, Hilltop, and Kingdom's army as the make their first moves against the Sanctuary (Negan's hideout). Shortly after a victorious battle, the troops march on to another Savior outpost but are ambushed. It isn't seen but Richard either shot or stabbed and discovered by Ezekiel, bleeding profusely. He eventually succumbs to his wounds. Shortly after his death, Ezekiel reveals to Michonne how important Richard was to him, calling him the "eyes and ears" of the Kingdom in a rare moment of vulnerability..." link |

Interesting, that could very well be him. Though I think MorganBGone might be sad to hear about his comic fate if that makes it into the show.  |

I thought the casting of Rogers was for the Richard character. Which took place after Daniel was cast, So i'm going to say Daniel will be playing someone else..

Interesting, that could very well be him. Though I think MorganBGone might be sad to hear about his comic fate if that makes it into the show. Didn't a casting call go out for a Richard type after hot ginger had already appeared? Not that it matters. I'm sure his fate is sealed, given that he's a male below the age of 40. gumby713 and I will just enjoy the visual while it lasts. There has to be something good about the Kingdom, right? I'm sure as heck not going to watch for morgeastman and a fake tiger... |

And now for a little more light objectification:  I feel we should be petitioning Gimple to give all of Morgan's 7b* screen time (other than his death, should the writers be so kind as to provide it, which they won't be because this show sucks) to shirtless Daniel. All that armour just makes him way to hot... *I'd be happy to give him 7a, too, but that nonsense, whatever it is, has largely already filmed.  |
