still half of alone ( the Glenn and Maggie parts were good) crossed coda prey 5b( except for what's happening and whats going on) slabtown season 6 other than Jss, Here's not here, Same boat and east. Other than the cliffhanger last day on earth wasn't too bad, there was actually moments in it that I liked. the other eps in season 6 had a few good moments but not enough for me to like the season.

I liked almost all of 4B, but "Claimed" had what I think is still one of the most cringe-y moments in TWD: "Coda" and "Them" were awful. It's like all the characters suddenly got dumb. Then the show REALLY started sliding once we got on the road to ASZ... But, without a doubt, most of my least favorite episodes can be found in Season 6. Especially "JSS," "Always Accountable," "No Way Out" and "The Next World." It's the first time the show was CONSISTENTLY bad, as opposed to intermittently bad, or overall good with just some bad scenes. The entire "we need to move this random herd" storyline, and the Andersons, the character of Enid, Dumpstergate...God, I think I hated 90% of S6. I did enjoy "Same Boat" and the acting in "Here's Not Here" and the finale (once Negan arrived). But from a pacing, plotting, character development perspective, almost everything in Season 6 was pretty much garbage juice.

Still remains the worst episode this show ever made. The governor episodes are right behind, I think in part because it was the first time we saw gimple "trick" the audience by using a cliffhanger people did care about into watching episodes about something they didn't care about. Other episdodes: Prey Alone All of season 6 except for JSS, the Same Boat and Next World

I can't believe they had her do that and i am shocked she did it.

I can't remember most episode titles, so the majority of season 6/4B/5A. Nothing sticks out as terrible from the first 3 seasons except maybe that one with the well walker.

30 Days Without an Incident. This is when Daryl officially jumped the shark, and NR decided to stop trying.

Yup - when that episode started I was a big ol' Daryl fan. By the time it was over, I knew something had changed. Haven't been a fan since. Except for those 2 or 3 episodes in early season 5 when he acted like a grown up.

v and Meggo358 What they did to Daryl breaks my heart. I stopped being a Norman fan long before season 4, but damn I wanted to be ride or die for the junior Dixon and they had to go and fuck everything up. It still hurts. Sigh...

I stopped being a Norman fan long before season 4, but damn I wanted to be ride or die for the junior Dixon and they had to go and fuck everything up. It still hurts. Sigh... I agree. It really is a shame what has happened to his character. I didn't even mind Season 4 Daryl becoming a slight caricature -- the tank-grenade ridiculousness made me laugh. When he gets good scenes, I think NR can still pull off some good acting. He had some good moments in "Still," "A" and "Consumed," so I don't totally blame NR's performance. But since "Consumed," Daryl has had no good storylines or scenes. It just feels like he moves in circles, his relationships with other characters are static. I am not even remotely interested in Dwight/Daryl, or Negan/Daryl, because I doubt the writers will show us anything about Daryl we don't already know. It's almost like the writers went out of their way to make Daryl not fit into ASZ in any kind of satisfying way...I don't get it. I seriously would have loved it if Daryl had totally integrated into ASZ, changed his clothes, got a haircut, and actually tried to settle into domestic life there. Then the experience of Dwight, and his upcoming Season 7 storyline would have been all the more tragic...

I can't remember the title of episode 605, the one that mostly focused on Alexandrians...that one was awful too.

Ugh, "Now" was a mess. The reviews were brutal, I remember: The ever present "inspiring speech", this time made not by one, but two characters, not actually dealing with dumpstergate (though LC and RM were great together...it was all for nothing and by this time it was obvious to many that Glenn might still be living. also rick making on Jessi and the appalling lack of any follow up or fall out to what happened in jss - particularly what this meant for Carol - was such an unwelcome surprise.

I'm still waiting for someone to explain to me how and why the writers chose to fuck up the conclusion of two rather simple and logical arcs. I could spend days, DAYS, talking about how having Michonne be the one to put Betsy down would be a stepping stone for Richonne. I could spend DAYS talking about how having Tobin recognize Carol immediately after JSS would have been a stepping stone for what ultimately happened between them. And I HATE Tobin, but my hate for Tobin doesn't matter because I don't have to like a storyline for me to understand why it happened the way it did. Starlight I agree. Season 6 is the worst.

The only episode I've really, truly despised was Slabtown. Might as well rename it to "Snoretown." That summarizes my thoughts on the entire episode. Plus, its existence was rendered pointless by the end of the season.
Beth got killed by Dawn in Coda and Noah got pwned by walkers in Spend.

The worst? Not just terrible? The worst? Slabtown, Still, Alone, Claimed (just a disgusting episode), and No Way Out, A New World (my least favorite because I actually felt stupid for watching it). Most of 6B episodes were awful. This is the first time since I started watching TWD that I am not anxious for it to come back on.

I totally agree with you Kitsune. There were other episodes I didn't like as much(eg...Still) but Slabtown was the only episode it didn't even seem like I was watching the right show. It was just a terrible show and I kept turning to those I was watching with and asking if I was the only one who hated it that much? I have never watched it a second time and can't imagine I ever will. Seeing where that whole arc went and how quickly it got wrapped up, scratching my head all the more.

I didn't have cable or Sling when Slabtown aired, so I had to rely on one of those shitty streaming sites that are infested with viruses in order to watch it. The service was laggy, so I gave up after five minutes. Seems like I made the right choice because the episode completely sucked when I watched it in full the next day.

I can't believe I forgot, Arrow on the Doorpost. Except for a little homoerotic headcanon between Daryl and Martinez, it was a snoozefest.

I have never watched it a second time and can't imagine I ever will. Seeing where that whole arc went and how quickly it got wrapped up, scratching my head all the more. The thing that makes me hate it so much looking back, was that the whole Grady storyline actually had POTENTIAL. I thought the way they had Beth wake up in that hospital to mirror Rick's waking up from his coma, was such a cool idea. And I liked the idea of creepy-cops and Psycho Dawn and the Hospital of Terror, but it was never quite fully and properly developed. And then to just wrap it up with Beth's stupid death, Dawn's stupid death, and then Noah's stupid death a few episodes later really just make me think, what was the purpose of any of that?
If they had expanded the storyline, and had more TF members interact with Dawn and deal with Grady, it would have been more satisfying. I think Dawn and Rick would have had REALLY interesting scenes. I think the audience forgets Rick was Officer Friendly once upon a time. Why couldn't Rick have been captured as well? Give TF members the chance to figure out how to deal with a Big Bad without their leader, for once. I actually thought Grady had more storyline potential than Terminus, but then it was resolved just as quickly. And to no effect. UGH. Gimple is trapped by his obsessed with re-inventing the show every 8 episodes.

Do you know what I wonder? If they actually wrote the episodes for Season 6 as longer than what aired. Sometimes it felt like we were watching a 90-min feature film that had been edited down to 60 minutes, or whatever TWD's usual run-time is. It always felt like things were edited in a weird, rushed way. Because you are so right, NONE of those seeds were properly planted -- Michonne/Betsy leading to Richonne, Carol/Tobin interaction indicating where they'd go, etc. Most of the problems with Season 6 is the cast was so bloated and everything felt SO rushed. It's like the writers just couldn't keep all the plates spinning.

@shopgirlin310 There were so many times where I questioned if certain scenes or bits of "missing" dialogue ended up on the cutting room floor. For example, when Jesus complimented the baker of the cookie (Carol), and Daryl responded with a gruffer than usual, "She aint here." There was absolutely nothing shown on screen to justify Daryl's response to Jesus' comment. I get that not everything can be shown in 42 minutes but some of the editing choices make me scratch my head.
ETA: My major problem with this is that I honestly think the writers continue to write the subsequent episodes as if things didn't end up on the cutting room floor. So everything still makes sense to them but leave the GA confused as fuck.
