"...The episode also introduced a new character played by Michelle Ang. She was a huge hit right off the bat. She’s also much older than you might think from looking at her.
Here she is in Xena: Warrior Princess FOURTEEN YEARS AGO. She was 20.
...The character comes from the Fear the Walking Dead web series, where she was known as Charlie. For some reason on the show itself, she’s been renamed Alex. She’s still listed as Charlie on IMDB, but she’s listed as Alex on Wikipedia. There were a few write-ups I saw this morning that confused everything: Calling her Alex, but the burnt-guy Charlie, when the burnt-guy’s name is Jake (on the web series, at least).
Who the hell knows. That’s still not the worst part. The worst part is this:

In other words, that wobbling plane going down over Los Angeles somehow wobbled in the air for days, if not weeks, before landing near San Diego. In the time that it took for that wobbling plane to finally crash into the ocean, Nick went to the military prison; Nick escaped the military prison; Nick fled to Strand’s beachfront home; they shot an infected Lisa; escaped Los Angeles on the yacht (before the city was destroyed by Operation Cobalt); dumped Lisa’s body into the ocean; narrowly escaped another large boat with someone carrying a machine gun; and docked overnight in the home of survivalists.
That makes no sense, unless Alex is not Charlie. She’s a complete different character from a completely different plane that went down with another guy named Jake and she’s played by the same actress.
Neither one of those scenarios compuete Then again, the Abigail changed between the first and second season, too, so maybe we’re just watching an alternate dimension version of Fear this year..."
