I'm hoping if they use a real tiger, it could bring awareness to the species' endangered plight in the real world. But they must treat whomever plays Shiva with care and respect.

I hope they use a real tiger, and mimic the Walker-eating with raw meat. CGI abs matching fur depth avd shadows would be tough without a Life of PI-sized budget IMO.

Oh God, I also vote no on CGI. Have you seen TWD's attempts at CGI. It's the equivalent of shadow puppets against a wall. No thanks.

Apparently the Instagram post has been deleted. RK's Skybound team says 'hold the phone' - DEBUNKED The team over at Robert Kirkman’s Skybound reached out to CinemaBlend after the article’s publication to let us know the since deleted social media posts in question weren’t made by someone with foreknowledge of what’s going to happen during Season 7 of The Walking Dead. Given how much rampant speculation there has been about Ezekiel and Shiva, however, there’s still a probability we will end up seeing them sooner rather than later. Whether that’s this upcoming season is still up to fans to wonder about, though. I'm hoping that they bring Shiva on as either that or a lioness. I think that'd be pretty cool. It might be a little difficult to get a big cat to behave on set, but if they really can't, then a house cat would be pretty cool. If they use a house cat, then Ezekiel should say something along the lines of "she may be small, but she has the spirit of a tiger." |
