...So, it sounds like incoming showrunner Chris Chibnall is open to the idea of kicking off his first series as showrunner with Peter Capaldi still piloting the TARDIS. Before Chibnall takes the chair, we have the Doctor Who-lite year of 2016 and Moffat’s final series in 2017. It’ll probably be a while until Capaldi has to decided whether to stay or go, then.
