" Jon Bernthal has joined the ensemble of Edgar Wright’s “Baby Driver,” Variety has confirmed. Ansel Elgort, Lily James, Jamie Foxx, Jon Hamm and Kevin Spacey also star, with Wright helming.... The story concerns a young, talented getaway driver who relies on the beat of his personal soundtrack to be the best. After being coerced into working for a crime boss, he must face the music when a doomed heist threatens his life, love and freedom. Details on Bernthal’s role are being kept under wraps. Production is expected to start later this year for a March 17, 2017, release date. link

Damn, he is getting busy. IT makes me kinda nervous that the current TWD actors will see this and want to finish up TWD so they can move on to bigger things.

To date, Jon has had the most successful (or, at least, most prolific) career post-TWD of any of the cast. I love that the solid, talented actors are getting good opportunities as they move past their TWD days.

We saw it. Fun, thinking man's action movie. Great cast. Interesting soundtrack. Loved the ending. I always love Kevin Spacey. Ansel Elgort reminds me of a young Val Kilmer.

I thought the trailer for this looked awful despite loving Edgar Wright's movies, but the reviews are swaying me a bit. I think I'll catch it on DVD.

It is violent but if he has seen people get ripped apart by zombies and Negan bashing in Glenn and Abe's brains then this wouldn't be so much. I always am unsure what to tell people with that question. There are some violent gun sequences.
