Jurassic World Slammed for Most Mistakes of the Summer Movies www.cinemablend.com/new/Jurassic-World-Slammed-Most-Mistakes-Movie-Summer-82227.htmlNow I don't know about you guys - I was having way too much fun watching it to even catch these mistakes! I saw it on IMAX 3D with my kids and my SIL. My 8 yr old (the older twin) leaned over during the thick of the chaos and said "What government official approved this thing? How on earth did it pass a safety inspection!" We have already booked a date with my SIL to go to see the sequel on June 23, 2018!

Loved it. Nothing 'meh' about it IMO.
Didn't care about the mistakes 8-) It was a thrill a minute.
Don't know how Bryce Dallas could run with those heels - read an entire article in which she explained how she trained to do that.

Money negates sequels, "...It’s because of those memories that I find myself eagerly awaiting Jurassic World 2, which originally featured Colin Trevorrow as director (he did the first one). However, he bowed out to work on Star Wars: Episode IX, which you can’t really blame him for. In his stead is J.A. Bayona, who we know from The Orphanage and A Monster Calls (review). Speaking with JurassicOutpost, Trevorrow, who is co-writing the sequel and acting as producer alongside Steven Spielberg, explained that the movie should be more intense than the Jurassic World. Additionally, it will hearken back to Jurassic Park and the filming techniques used during the making of the 1993 classic. It will be more suspenseful and scary. It’s just the way it’s designed; it’s the way the story plays out. I knew I wanted Bayona to direct it long before anyone ever heard that was a possibility, so the whole thing was just built around his skillset. There will be animatronics for sure. We’ll follow the same general rule as all of the films in the franchise which is the animatronic dinosaurs are best used when standing still or moving at the hips or the neck. They can’t run or perform complex physical actions, and anything beyond that you go to animation. The same rules applied in Jurassic Park. Furthermore, Trevorrow spoke about writing the script with Bayona, which should excite a lot of people who were disappointed with Jurassic World and some of its glaring issues. Film has become so cutthroat and competitive; it felt like an opportunity to create a situation where two directors could really collaborate. It’s rare these days, but it’s something that the directors that we admire used to do all the time—one writes and produces and the other directs, and the end result is something that’s unique to both of them. I’m in the office right now, I’ve been here every day since July working closely with J.A., listening to his instincts, and honing the script with Derek [Connolly] to make sure it’s something that all of us believe in...." link

I hated Jurassic World. The acting was awful, the characters flat, and they overdid the call backs to the original. They definitely don't need a sequel.

I completely and utterly disliked this movie. There was nothing in it I liked in it. And the kids were annoying as hell.

I'm with y'all although I had hoped it would be more like the original film or 3 3. Bryce Dallas Howard running through the jungle in stiletto heels and not breaking her leg/ankle, etc just pulled me right out of the story. The Indomitus Rex and the hamster balls.

Ty Simpkins is also one of the worst child actors I've ever seen. He ruined Iron Man 3 just by his presence. He was a huge part of why Jurassic World didn't work. (Along with Bryce's stereotypical "I don't need no man" character who, you guessed it, falls for the man at the end)
